Cone Creek Hut

Grade: Moderate Plus

We drive to the back of Lake Brunner to the Haupiri catchment. A 5 hour tramp into the 6 bunk Cone Creek Hut, in a beautiful, rugged and remote setting. Expect West Coast track conditions. There is a hot pool on the way back to the cars. Own cookers etc & tents maybe required. Map BU21.
