We drive to the back of Lake Brunner to the Haupiri catchment. A 5 hr tramp into the 6 bunk Cone Creek Hut in a beautiful, rugged and remote setting. West Coast track conditions There is a hot pool on the way back to the cars.
Own cookers etc. tents may be required. Map BU21
