Carlyle Hut, Lewis Pass

Grade: Easy -Moderate

We will drive into the Lewis Pass to the Hope River bridge where will cross and then follow Carlyle Stream up to the 8 bunk basic hut. Options from here include climbing either Mt Schiehallion or Horseshoe Hill. Tents may be required.
