Hogsback

Grade: Easy- Moderate

Hike from Castle Village on the walking/MTB track to Texas Flat. We have lunch and return taking a slightly longer route back. There are amazing 360 views on an awesome day. 

It’s not a long or a hard tramp. There is one very small narrow and shallow river crossing to navigate, you may or may not get wet feet. Approx. 5.15 hours.

Depart from Yaldhurst Domain, corner Hasketts Road and School Road at 8.15am. (Take the first street on the right after the Yaldhurst Hotel (School Road) and follow it to the left until you hit the domain.)
